April-29th Kota

When I got to Kota’s house this morning he was sleeping in front of the door. As soon as he noticed I was there he jumped up and was ready to go. He stood on the steps wagging his tail, waiting for me to put his collar on. As soon as we got to the end of the driveway Kota had his nose to the ground and was sniffing every inch of the road. He was like that for most of the walk today. Kota seemed really excited about the wind as well.  Every time it got a little windy he would start wiggling and jumping around.  He met a new dog on our loop today. He was a very friendly black lab. They both walked up to each other, and then parted ways. They didn’t seem too interested in hanging out.  We finished our walk and headed back up Kota’s driveway to the front door. I took off his collar and leash and let him in. I’m sure he went right back to his nap.
